How Data Sync Works - Help Center

BidRight shows your freight data on every lane — historical OR, volume, revenue, and market rates. That data comes from FreightMath, which is built and operated by KSMTA.

How it flows

KSMTA pulls data from your TMS, cleans it up, and publishes it as FreightMath. BidRight reads from FreightMath — we don’t connect to your TMS directly. The same pipeline feeds Carrier First market rates.

How fresh is it

Refreshes are incremental - once per week is standard. Very recent loads usually aren’t there yet — they have to close in your TMS and get picked up by the next refresh. Your KSM analyst can confirm the refresh cadence for your setup.

What if data updates after I’ve imported a bid?

Just reopen the bid and choose the menu button Refresh FreightMath Data.

If something looks wrong

Is the load in your TMS yet?
Has the most recent KSMTA refresh run?
Is the lane blank because there’s no historical match (not a sync problem)?
