Once your pricing is finalized, export your rates from BidRight to generate a submission-ready file.
1

Open the bid and confirm pricing is finalized

Navigate to the bid and verify that all lanes have been priced and reviewed before proceeding.
2

Click Export

Click the Export button or navigate to the Export tab within the bid.
3

Select an output format

Choose either Excel (.xlsx) or CSV depending on what the customer requires.
4

Select a customer template (if needed)

If the customer provided a specific spreadsheet template, select it here. BidRight will map your rates to match their layout.
If the customer sent you a template as part of the original bid file, use BidRight’s template mapping to output rates in their exact format - this reduces the chance of formatting rejections.
5

Download the file

Click Download to save the exported rate file to your computer.
6

Review the file

Open the file and verify the lane count matches your bid. Spot-check a sample of rates to confirm the values exported correctly.
Always review the exported file before sending. Verify the lane count matches your bid and spot-check a sample of rates.
7

Send to the customer

Submit the reviewed file to the customer through their preferred channel.
After you receive the customer’s response, import their feedback back into BidRight to track awarded and lost lanes. See Import Feedback.
