After you submit rates to a customer, you typically receive feedback indicating which lanes were awarded, which were lost, and which require re-pricing. Importing this feedback into BidRight lets you track win/loss results and build a data foundation for improving future bids.
1

Open the bid

Navigate to the bid you submitted rates for.
2

Go to the Feedback or Results tab

Click the Feedback or Results tab within the bid.
3

Upload the customer's feedback file

Click Import and select the feedback file you received from the customer.
4

BidRight maps each lane to a status

BidRight processes the file and marks each lane as Awarded, Lost, or Pending.
5

Review the results summary

Check the results summary to confirm all lanes were mapped correctly and review your overall win rate for this bid.
Import feedback even when you lose — understanding which lanes you didn’t win helps calibrate your pricing for future bids.

Using results data

Once feedback is imported, you can use the results data to:
  • Understand win rates by lane type — see where you’re competitive and where you’re not
  • Identify patterns in lost lanes — spot pricing gaps by region, weight break, or equipment type
  • Calibrate future bids — use historical win/loss data to anchor your next round of pricing decisions
