BidRight accepts Excel files (.xlsx, .xls) and CSV files. If the customer sends a different format, convert it to one of these before importing.

Yes. Open the bid, go to the import screen, and upload the corrected file. BidRight will re-process the data. Review the import summary afterward to confirm the lane count is correct.

S-RPM (Standard Revenue Per Mile) is the most common pricing input. Set a target S-RPM and BidRight applies it to every lane in the bid. Use S-min or S-lh instead when a specific account requires a different rate structure.
