BidRight accepts Excel files (.xlsx, .xls) and CSV files. If the customer sends a different format, convert it to one of these before importing.
Yes. Open the bid, go to the import screen, and upload the corrected file. BidRight will re-process the data. Review the import summary afterward to confirm the lane count is correct.
S-RPM (Standard Revenue Per Mile) is the most common pricing input. Set a target S-RPM and BidRight applies it to every lane in the bid. Use S-min or S-lh instead when a specific account requires a different rate structure.
BidRight separates the fuel surcharge (FSC) from the linehaul rate. You choose whether to use a standard FSC table, the customer’s FSC table, or all-in pricing. See Fuel Surcharge for details.
When creating a new bid, assign team members in the bid setup form. You can also add them later from the bid’s settings. Assign Sales, Operations, and Pricing early so everyone has access before the deadline.
O/R stands for Operating Ratio — the cost ratio for the lane. A value below 1.0 means the lane is profitable at the current rate. A value above 1.0 means you are operating at a loss. See FreightMath Data for more.
Import the customer’s feedback file into BidRight after you receive results. BidRight marks each lane as Awarded, Lost, or Pending. See Import Feedback for steps.
